Flex-Turn® Model 380 Conveyor
- Open structure facilitates washing and draining
- Made to handle small products
- Handles loads up to 9 kg/sq. metre at standard belt speeds variable from 3.3 to 11 metres per minute at the inside radius
- Supplied as standard with hoseproof variable speed motor drive to suit 230/400 volt ± 10%, 3 phase, 50 cycle supply
- Either direction of product travel can be specified
- Wire belt used is Flat-Flex® stainless steel tapered mesh approximate 6.5 mm pitch at inside radius and up to 10.5 mm at outside, with a wire diameter 1.6 mm
- Free rotating small end transfers
- Stainless steel shafting used throughout
- Stainless steel leg frame and fastenings
- Stainless steel brackets and polyethylene snubbing discs
- Drive shaft sprockets in high density polyethylene
- Any height may be specified
- Custom angles can also be supplied
